Aland Gailan Mustafa

Aland Gailan Mustafa, born September 15, 2004, in Erbil, is a senior Software Engineering student at the University of Kurdistan Erbil and Digital Media Coordinator at Kurdistan Foundation. His journey began at 18, volunteering at MERI Forum 2022, where he built a strong network of inspiring individuals. At 19, he joined Volunteer.KRD, starting as an ambassador and later becoming Digital Media Coordinator, promoting volunteerism across the region. Aland has organized impactful events, including workshops on drug abuse and online AI trainings, inspiring others to start their own initiatives. He has represented his university at international conferences like REAL CORP 2025 and received honors including Volunteer of the Year and first place in a short filmmaking competition. Passionate about helping others through guidance, opportunities, and projects, Aland sees being part of Ganjina as recognition of his efforts and a chance to keep learning, contributing, and inspiring change.
