Viyar Farsat

Viyar Farsat, born July 27, 2008, in Erbil, is a Grade 12 student at RISE International School with a passion for innovation, public speaking, and making a positive impact. She has spoken at TEDxNishtiman, competed in the Kurdish Poem Reading Olympiad, and earned third place at the FBO Innovation Project Competition for creating a phone and tool sanitizer. Her experience includes volunteering with BCF in Erbil and Edwina, engaging in sports like horse riding, tennis, and taekwondo, and completing a piano course. She is preparing to join a student panel on AI and technology, balancing schoolwork with research to inspire her peers. Viyar’s proudest achievements come from volunteering, which strengthened her teamwork and time management. She strives to honor her father through hard work, kindness, and determination. For her, being part of Ganjina means a chance to grow, share ideas, and collaborate with others who want to make a difference.
