Karwan Moamin Ali

Karwan Moamin Ali Muhammad, born September 9, 1996, in Halabja, is a dedicated advocate for people with disabilities and an active contributor to community development. Holding a master’s degree in English, he works across multiple fields, advancing his knowledge academically, serving as a Project Manager at the Halabja Disabled Organization Foundation (a global network), and holding roles in various institutions and networks. Driven by a deep sense of responsibility, Karwan focuses on creating a more accessible and supportive environment for people with disabilities. His work includes translating international treaties on disability rights, leading seminars, and managing initiatives to reduce barriers and improve opportunities. In 2024, his team won the Zero Project Award in Austria for innovative solutions serving the disability community. Believing in the power of collaboration, Karwan values diverse perspectives that enable broader, sustainable impact.
