Kaiwan Amir Mohammed

Kaiwan Amir Mohammed, born January 1, 1998, in Halabja, is an inspiring advocate for equality, resilience, and hope. Living with disabilities and thalassemia, he has dedicated his life to showing that determination and ambition can overcome any barrier. One of his proudest achievements is working to implement an article of Law No. 22 of 2011 on the rights of people with disabilities, specifically the provision on employing people with disabilities. Through visits to the Regional Service Council, he successfully gained their support for putting the law into action. Through his words and actions, Kaiwan encourages others to reject limitations, embrace self belief, and look to the future with confidence, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on society.
