Female
Sara Dhyaaddin, born October 2, 1997, in Sulaymaniyah, she is a passionate entrepreneur, trainer, and advocate for youth empowerment. After earning a diploma in Business Administration, she turned a small family idea during the COVID-19 lockdown into Soz Cakery, which has since grown from a home kitchen into a successful physical store employing and mentoring young women. Through Soz Cakery, Sara has trained and empowered more than 24 women to start their own bakery businesses, while also leading awareness campaigns and entrepreneurship trainings that have reached youth across Kurdistan. She has worked with initiatives such as SPARK’s Network of Change and Orange Corners, and in 2021 was selected as one of the One Labs Female Founder Fellows, gaining mentorship to expand her impact. Recognized with awards including the Top Successful Entrepreneur Plaque of Recognition (2024) and the Trainer Recognition Award (2025), Sara champions self-employment and sustainable job creation. Inspired by her mother’s resilience, she believes in talent over limitations and works to open doors for women and youth to see themselves not only as workers, but as leaders and business owners.
